So many meetings and reports are a waste - a waste of time, a waste of money, and a waste of productivity. But that’s not a problem with meetings and reports per se; the problem is with “bad” meetings and “bad” reports. Care to guess what makes them bad? People do.

Let’s start with meetings and see some examples of why they turn bad and end up sucking.

Bad meetings

One big problem with meetings is that there is too much talk. Like in the next joke:
